Amplification of discrete text images

The images obtained in such as a magnetic resonance system are subjected to a sequence of operations that result in amplification. The process begins with the identification of groups of structural and non structural elements. The images are subjected to a smoothing process and a sharpening of the structure. Text data is mixed into the non structural regions.
