In one aspect the invention is disclosed as a fluid and/or pressure regulator (110) incorporating a (preferably spring) diaphragm (140), or a diaphragm having an outlet aperture, while a further aspect of the invention discloses the regulator (110) being utilized in aerosol equipment or hand-activated pumping apparatus to thereby achieve a relatively constant output flow rate regardless of the supply pressure.
