<p>A hook arrangement (2) is provided about a panel (1) of a vehicle. The hook arrangement (2) comprises a strap (3) and a bar end (4). The bar end (4) being secured to one end of the strap (3) whilst the other end of the strap (3) is secured to the panel (1). The strap (3) being presented over an edge of the panel (1) in use such that the bar end (4) constitutes a suspensive hook fixing for securing baggage (5) and other articles relative to the panel (1) within a motor vehicle. Typically, the panel (1) includes a displaceable edge (9) which may be achieved by pivoting or displacement of the panel (1) such that the edge (9) overhangs a space and so presents the bar end (4) upon the strap (3) at a spaced position relative to the panel (1) surface. Thus, vehicle motion can be accomodated by the suspension of baggage (5) or other articles through the hook arrangement (2).</p> |
