PURPOSE:To obtain stack-packed material wherewith the ignition and fire of packed materials can be prevented and operation can be safely performed, and to obtain a rectifying column for air-liquefying and separating apparatus using the material. CONSTITUTION:Oxide films 12 are formed on both surfaces of a base metal 11 forming a stack-packed material, or after metal plating layers are formed on both surfaces of the metal forming the material, the oxide film is formed on at least one surface of these metal layers, or copper plating layers are formed on both surfaces of the metal forming the material.
