PURPOSE:To lower METSUKE (weight of cloth/m<2>) and denier of a cloth of hexahedral box-shaped bag having side faces in which triangular parts at a overlapping bonded part are folded and bonded in the trapezoidal shape by providing an inflator mounting part on either of the faces other than the overlap ping bonded parts of the trapezoidal bottom parts. CONSTITUTION:Sides of an opening of a cylindrical cloth 1 are folded symmetrically. The shape of these folded parts is a trapezoid. At a trapezoidal bottom part 2, the inner face and the outer face of the cloth are overlapped with each other. A side of the folded part is folded by the amount that it overlaps with the side of the folded part to be folded next and bonded to form an opening in the prolonged hexagonal shape. A triangular part 4 at the opening of this prolonged hexagon is further folded and bonded to the trapezoidal part 2 to make the opening of the prolonged hexagon part a closed part in the rectangular part. The other opening is processed in the same way to form a closed part in the rectangular shape to have a hexahedron box-shaped bag. It is desirable to attach an inflator 5 as a gas generating device to the face bonded in the cylindrical state. |
