Converter for providing single ended output signal from differential input signal

The CMOS circuit is used to provide conversion of a differential input signal (IN, IN-BAR) into a symmetrical single ended output signal (Vout), with respect to a predetermined reference voltage (GND). The circuit has a high voltage power rail (Vcc) and several pull up transistors. In addition there are voltage generators and pull down transistors.
