摘要 |
PURPOSE:To obtain an amorphous multicomponent semiconductor capable of effectively utilizing sunbeams in a wide wavelength range when applied to a solar cell and capable of increasing the efficiency of photoelectric conversion because resistance components are made fine by the use of microcrystalline silicon and carriers are effectively collected. CONSTITUTION:Part or all of a semiconductor consisting of one or more kinds of elements selected among C, N, O and S, H and/or halogen and one or more kinds of elements selected among Si, Ge and Sn is made microcrystalline and doped with a group III or V element of the periodic table to obtain a p- or n-type semiconductor. A device using this semiconductor is provided. |
