<p>An ADSL terminal device synchronizes up-data to down-data between a TCM-IDSN communication and an ADSL communication and, at the same time, adaptive equalizers in TEQ (142) and FEQ (145) of the ADSL terminal device are respectively provided with NEXT tables (155, 157) and FEXT tables (154, 156) in which equalizing factors for adapting NEXT noises and FEXT noises generated by up-data and down-data during a TCM-ISDN communication are stored. Therefore, TEQ (142) and FEQ (145) can switchingly use the NEXT tables and FEXT tables to implement TEQ and FEQ characteristics optimum for individual noises even when the TCM-ISDN communication switchingly generates NEXT noises and FEXT noises.</p> |
