PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING ERYTHROPOIETIN FOR TREATMENT OF CANCER

Pharmaceutical compositions comprising erythropoietin are provided for treatment of cancer, particularly for treatment of muliple myeloma. Erythropoietin was found to be effective for inhibition of tumor growth, triggering of tumor regression, stimulation of the natural immunological defense against cancer and/or inhibition of cancer cell metastasis.
