A noisemaker comprising two mirror-image bases with planar contacting surfaces is disclosed. Each base may comprise a handle means for gripping the noisemaker, or fastening means to fasten the noisemaker to each hand, knee, or other suitable body part of the user. At least one of the planar surfaces may be provided with a design or pattern for aesthetic or promotional purposes.
