PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dishwasher that does not require a large space and whose urging force can be adjusted in a wide range. SOLUTION: The upper ends of springs 25 are engaged with shaft members 18 provided between plate members 17 attached to the horizontal portion 16A of an arm 16 arranged rotatably through a housing member 14 inside a door, through a hook member 24, and turnbuckles 28 are arranged between the lower ends of the springs 25 and engagement plates 31. To adjust the urging force of the springs 25, the first adjusting bolts 29 and the second adjusting bolts 30 are brought nearer or separated by turning the buckle members 32 of the turnbuckles 28 on the basis of cooperation between the first threaded holes 33 and the second threaded holes 34. The second adjusting bolts 30 are advanced or withdrawn while fitting into recesses 37 of the first adjusting bolts 29. |
