POLYOLEFIN COMPOSITION OF EXCELLENT COATABILITY

PURPOSE:To obtain a polyolefin composition of excellent coatability especially good in film peeling resistance during washing under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions by mixing a specified propylene/ethylene copolymer with a specified ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer rubber and an inorganic filler. CONSTITUTION:The composition is prepared by mixing 50-80wt.% propylene/ ethylene block copolymer (A) with 20-40wt.% ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer rubber (B) and 20wt.% or below inorganic filler (C). The number-average molecular weight of the normal temperature p-xylenol solubles of each of components A and B is 4X10<4> or above. This composition has excellent moldability, a good balance among impact resistance, mechanical strengths, rigidity, etc., and good film peeling resistance during washing under severe conditions.
