PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide the date of a certification judging committee at the time of accepting application for keeping a certification communication time limit decided according to the date of the acceptance of application at the time of managing the certification of the necessity of caring of caring insurance. SOLUTION: An application program(AP) 6 of a client 1 decides the target date of a certification judging committee by subtracting the prescribed number of days from the certification communication time limit of an applicant, and issues a request for the retrieval of a judging committee date table 13 to a server 2. The AP 6 assigns a judging committee having the closest scheduled date before the judging committee target date, and displays the name and the scheduled date of the judging committee on a display device 3. Then, the AP 6 decides a visiting investigation scheduled date and a home doctor's opinion receiving time limit before the judging committee scheduled date by using the assigned judging committee scheduled date as a time limit. |
