PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vinegared egg having an antiulcer effect, and to provide a peptized vinegared egg. SOLUTION: This antiulcer agent contains as an active ingredient vinegared egg which is prepared by immersing hen whole egg together with shell in a vinegar to dissolve the shell, or the antiulcer agent contains as an active ingredient peptized vinegared egg which is prepared by immersing hen whole egg together with shell in a vinegar to dissolve the shell, and subsequently adding a protease to the shell-dissolved vinegared egg to peptize the egg-originating proteins. |
