<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent corrosion of each plate and damage such as generation of hole, and extend the service life of element by the provision of multi-plate type cooling element of oil cooler for a vehicle. SOLUTION: This element comprises first and second plates 11, 12 where a face brought into contact with oil of aluminium core plate is covered with brazing material composed of an aluminium alloy and a face brought tinto contact with cooling water is covered with a sacrificing corrosion material layer, and a multi-hole type corrugated fin plate 13. The fin plate 13 is disposed between the first and second plates 11, 12 to thereby a unit plate member. A plurality of unit plate members are stacked in multiple stages, where a sacrifycing corrosion type corrugated plate 20 composed of the aluminium alloy whose potential is lower than that of the sacrifycing corrosion layer that covers the first and second plates 11, 12 is disposed between the upper stage unit plate member and the lower stage unit plate member. During the use, the corrugated plate is corroded in priority to prevent generation of corrosion and hole in each plate, thereby extending the service life.</p> |
