PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the heating efficiency to save the energy by arranging, between a heating coil and a heating element to be induction heated, a heat insulator closer to the heating coil and a heat reservoir closer to the heating element. SOLUTION: A heating coil 3 generates a line of magnetic force, the line of magnetic force passes through a vacuum layer (heat insulator) 4 and a heat reservoir 5 and reaches a heating element 6, and a cooking matter within a load 2 is cooked by the heating of the heating element 6. Since the heat of the heating element 6 transmitted to a body 1 is partially insulated by the vacuum layer 4, it is stored in the heat reservoir 5 without being conducted to the body 1. Since the cooking can be performed by use of the energy of the heat reservoir 6 even if the power supply to the heating coil 3 is stopped or reduced in the stage where a certain degree of energy is stored in the heat reservoir 6, the total energy necessary for cooking can be reduced. |
