PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel position display device for a mobile, enabling related pieces of information to be quickly read by optical reproduction means. SOLUTION: This display device uses an information storage medium 35 having two recording layers. Detailed map data for a predetermined area are read from a first recording layer 41 of the storage medium 35 by optical pickup, whereas voice guidance data related to a predetermined area are read from an area immediately below the storage area of a second recording layer 42 for the detailed map data for the predetermined area and voice guidance is provided.
