PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flash memory data saving system capable of improving the reliability of data holding and extending the service life of a flash memory. SOLUTION: In this data saving system, a CPU 2 divides the flash memory 4 into plural areas and manages it. In saving data, a free area is sequentially retrieved from a head, and when the free area is retrieved, whether or not the data stored in the area where the data are saved in a previous time which is the area one before are destroyed is checked. When they are destroyed, the data are abandoned and the data are saved in the area. When they are not destroyed, the data are saved in the retrieved free area. When the free area is not retrieved, the data are saved in the area at the head. |
