摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an electromagnetic induction calorific value in a low power flow by a method wherein an aluminum covered magnetic wire which is used being wound on an overhead wire in a specific shape is annealed so as to remove its strain. SOLUTION: In the cross-sectional texture of an aluminum covered magnetic wire which is formed in such a way that a magnetic wire is covered with an aluminum layer by an immersion plating method, an Fe-Al-based intermetallic compound layer is formed in the boundary part between the magnetic wire and the aluminum layer, and the boundary part between the intermetallic compound layer and the aluminum layeris set to an amorphous state. When the magnetic wire is annealed at a prescribed temperature, its amorphous boundary part is crystallized so as to disappear, and the clear boundary line between the intermetallic compound layer and the aluminum layer appears in its trace. When the boundary line appears, the removal of a strain due to annealing of the magnetic wire can be judged. Consequently, the strain which is introduced to the magnetic wire during the manufacture of the aluminum-layer covered magnetic wire is removed by annealing, a sufficiently high magnetic flux density is obtained even in a low power flow, and a snow melting effect can be enhanced.</p>
