<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a live line insertion/removal protecting system in an information processor loaded with an electronic circuit package with which an insertion/removal detecting and protecting circuit is simplified. SOLUTION: This protecting system is provided with a connector equipped with four kinds of pins longer in the order of a ground electrode (GND) pin 23a, Vcc pin 23b/reset pin 23d/bus access suppression pin 23c, signal pin 23e and inserting state detecting pin 23f; electronic circuit packages 101-10n for resetting present packages and sending reset signals through the reset pin 23d to a back board 20 during the difference of insertion/removal time between the Vcc pin 23b and the inserting state detecting pin 23f; and an OR circuit 22 for inputting the reset signals; and also has a back board 20 for sending a bus access suppressing signal for inhibiting bus access through the bus access suppression pin 23c to all the electronic circuit packages while at least any one electronic circuit package is inserted/removed.</p> |
