PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and inexpensive bar code scanner by reducing the number of parts constituting a bar code scanner. SOLUTION: This bar code scanner is provided with a light source module 1 including a light source and a condenser lens for converging a light outgoing from the light source, reflecting mirror 7 for reflecting a light converted by the condenser lens, scanning mirror unit 2 constituted of a frame 4, elastic member 5, and movable member 6 for scanning the light reflected from the reflecting mirror 7 related with a bar code 9 applied to the surface of an article, and photo-diode(PD) 8 for receiving and detecting a return light from the bar code 9. In this case, the reflecting mirror 7, the movable member 6 of the scanning mirror unit 2, and PD 8 are integrally constituted. |
