PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a parameter inputting work, even when the manufacturing makers of a data collecting machine and a card input terminal device are different by transmitting a set parameter that undergoes key input by one card input terminal device to other card input terminal devices and enabling it to perform set input. SOLUTION: This card input terminal device 1 is provided with keys, which are pressed down for going to office, leaving office, going out and coming back respectively. When and inquiry arrives from a data collecting machine 20 and its communication address belongs to another device, data transmitted by the other device is subjected to tap wiring (receiving). If what has been wire tapped is a receiving error, a waiting state is returned without doing anything. However, when what has been wire tapped is finished normally, a data type is analyzed. As result, the data type is not the set parameter, communication is finished and a waiting state is returned without anything. Also, when the data type is the set parameter, the data is stored in a set parameter file of a memory 13, each lamp 3R to 6R of the keys of going to office, leaving office, going out and coming back is blinked, and the device 1 is made to wait. |
