PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reclaiming denatured protein easily at low cost. SOLUTION: This method for reclaiming denatured protein comprises bearing an insoluble carrier with peptidyl prolyl cis-transisomerase prepared from Methanococcus bacteria, or expressed from a DNA prepared from the above bacteria, reacting the enzyme with the denatured protein, and collecting the resultant protein after the reaction. |
