PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cover from becoming annoying to wear and at the same time, facilitate the attaching/detaching by a method wherein a fitting means which detachably fits the cover in which a cellular phone can be housed, on clothes such as a belt, is provided, and also, between the cover and the fitting means, a rotating means which turnably holds the cover, is provided. SOLUTION: For a cover 1 in which a cellular phone B is housed, on the back surface, a rotator 3 is projected, and on the rotator 3, a circumferential groove is provided. In the meantime, a belt holder 2 which is fixed to a belt C of a worker, is constituted of a fitting part 4 and a holding part 5, and for the fitting part 4, an external pinching plate and an internal pinching plate are provided in a manner to be confronted with each other by a resin hinge. Also, the holding part 5 is equipped with a base plate which is fixed to the external surface of the external pinching plate, and a rotation-supporting plate 52 which is provided in parallel with the base plate with a gap of a specified interval, and has a notch part 53 in the vertical direction at the upper end, and at the upper end of the base plate, a lock piece 51a which fastens the upper end of the flange part with the lower end surface when the rotator 3 is fastened to the lower end of the notch part 53, is formed. |
