PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have a high fringe part angle to water and to wash out oily contaminants, for example, with water in particular, or to make the outflow of water advantageous by providing a protruded part having a specified average height and average distance and having the specified surface energy of an unstructurized material. SOLUTION: A protruded part having an average height of 50 nm-10μm and an average distance of 50 nm-10μm is provided, the surface energy of an unstructurized material of 10-20 mN/m is possessed. The aspect ratio of the height to width of the protruded part is advantageously 0.5-20. The material of the surface, particularly as a mixing component of a homopolymer, a copolymer, and a polymer blend, is made a bulk-polymerized material with a polymer comprising polytetrafluoroethylene, polyvinylidene fluoride, or a perfluoroalkoxy compound. Moreover, during a molding process, an additive which orientates a hydrophobic group to be dominant on the surface uses a fluorinated wax. |
