PURPOSE:To surely perform an information control of a disk without requiring labor and time. CONSTITUTION:A disk discriminating pattern 2 for the control of disk information is provided by printing at the inner peripheral part of disk. The disk discriminating pattern is formed with a bar code, and the bar code is printed on the inner periphery than the adhered part of a hub 3 at the side of a recording film surface of the disk, then the transparent hub 3 is mounted thereon by a transparent adhesive to enclose the printed disk. |
