PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a secondary battery which is provided with a large electric capacity and improved in cycle degradation characteristic over a long period by dissolving a polyamide elastomer at a high temperature so as to have a concentration of the solubility at room temperature or more, and cooling it at a rate of a specified temperature/time or less with stirring. SOLUTION: A polyamide elastomer is added to a N-methyl-2-pyrolidone solvent, and dissolved by stirring for 1-3 hrs within the temperature range of 140 deg.C-180 deg.C so as to have a concentration of the solubility at room temperature or more. It is then cooled to 50 deg.C or lower or a rate of 2-10 deg.C/hr to provide a binder consisting of the polyamide elastomer gel particle. The polyamide elastomer is obtained by reacting a dicarboxylic acid and a diol with a polyamide having a reduction viscosity of 0.5-7 dL/g. Examples of the dicarboxylic acid include oxalic acid, maloic acid and the like, and examples of the diol include ethylene glycol, 1,2-propanediol and the like. |
