PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make fixable the position of an indwelling catheter from the both of the inside of a coelom and the outside of a body wall by providing a body wall indwelling part to be indwelled in a body wall part, a flange part to be extended along the outer surface of the body wall, a catheter holding tube and an indwelling catheter, etc. SOLUTION: When the fistula catheter set 1A is fitted to the previously formed fistula, the indwelling catheter 2A is inserted to a lumen part 15 at first and the catheter holding tube 3A is combined with the catheter 2A. Then, a coil-shaped member 12 and the catheter 2A are extended by piercing a stylet, etc., to the insides of the lumen 5 of the catheter 2A and the lumen 21 of the member 12. Then, the catheter 2 is inserted to the fistula while extending the member 12 and the catheter 2A, the catheter 2A is moved to a position where the member 12 is arranged on a coelomic inner wall inside the lumen part 15 and, then, the catheter 2A is fixed to the fistula after pulling-out the sytlet. |
