PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter device provided with a recording function, which is equipped with a means for recording rewrite history of the program for the control of a built-in inverter and a protective function means for this recording means. SOLUTION: This inverter device is equipped with a nonvolatile memory 8 which records the rewrite history of the program for controlling an inverter for the control of an AC output so that it is understood whether the cause is attributable to a rewritten program or is caused by the device itself, after the occurrence a fault, and also in this device a circuit board 17 is arranged between a power element 3a constituting power part and the nonvolatile memory 8 and is made to function as a barrier, and furthermore, the power element 3a and the nonvolatile memory 8 are arranged apart so that they do not overlap each other on the projected plane, thus the reliability on keeping program rewrite history record data in custody is improved. |
