发明名称 ASH MELTING METHOD AND ASH MELTING FURNACE THEREFOR
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent flying ash from being scattered and lost to permit the efficient heating and melting of main ash together with the flying ash by a method wherein the main ash is supplied from one end side of a furnace to an upper layer and the flying ash is supplied to the lower layer of the upper layer to heat and melt by a burner while moving the same. SOLUTION: In a method wherein incineration ash from municipal waste and the like is molten and discharged as slag, flying ash 22 and main ash 21 are supplied individually from an ash supplying port and the flying ash 22 drops at the inlet port of a hearth 55 through natural dropping, then, is sent by a pusher 13 along the hearth 55 to form a flying ash supplying layer 22a. The main ash 21 is dropped naturally on the upper part of the flying ash supplying layer 22a through the ash supplying port 11a to form a main ash supplying layer 21a on the flying ash supplying layer 22a, then, is moved to the other end of the hearth 55. The main ash 21 on the surface of the main ash supplying layer 21a of the moving ash supplying layers is heated and molten by the radiation heat of flame of the burner 52 in such a manner while the flying ash 22 in the lower layer is not exposed to the flame of the burner 52 directly and flying-up of the same due to combustion gas will not be caused whereby the flying ash is heated and molten by the conductive heat transfer from the main ash supplying layer 21 and the contact heat transfer from molten ash 25.
