PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a water flow from colliding with the casing of an intake part in a water-jet outboard motor. SOLUTION: In a water-jet propulsive outboard motor 2 provided attachably and detachably to the tail of a hull as a water jet device, a wave preventing plate 12 capable of blocking the lower part of the space between the rear surface of the hull and the front side part of the outboard motor 2 is mounted on the front edge of a suction port 7 of jet water. A support pin 12a raised on the wave preventing plate 12 is freely fitted to a connecting hole provided on the front edge of the suction port 7, and the center of the support pin 12a is conformed to the axial center line of the steering shaft of the outboard motor 2. |
