PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To instantaneously respond to a remote controller with a small quantity of power consumption, even at power off. SOLUTION: A power circuit 3 generates a DC power voltage Es from the AC voltage Ea supplied through a pause switch 9, and applies it to a main circuit 5, a controller 6, and a pause circuit 8. When there is a command D for 'power off' from a remote controller 7, the controller 6 receives this and supplies a control signal S2 to the pause circuit 8, and the pause circuit 8 generates a switch control signal S3 and turns off the pause switch 9. Here, the pause switch 8 has a power charging means and turns on the pause switch 9 for a short timeΔT at a time, in every long period Ta with the switch control signal S3 and charges the charge means intermittently with the power voltage Es, thus enabling the detection of the command D from the remote controller 7. So, when there is a command D for 'power on' from the remote controller 7, it keeps the pause switch 9 in on condition through the switch control signal S3.
