<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adsorb the precursor of dioxin by a method wherein a powder, having the principal constituent of silica and aluminum silicate which are high in adsorbing and absorbing force, is injected. SOLUTION: A secondary combustion chamber 2 is provided with a nozzle 4, connected directly to a tank 6. Combustion gas, containing flying ash burnt in an incinerating furnace 1, is guided into the secondary combustion chamber 2. The powder of silica and aluminum silicate, which is stored in the tank 6, is injected from the nozzle 4 into the combustion gas. In another method, a cyclone used both for a spray chamber 3 is provided with another nozzle 5, connected directly to another tank 7. The combustion gas, containing flying ash burnt in the incinerating furnace 1, is guided into the secondary combustion chamber and, thereafter, is guided into the cyclone used both for the spray chamber 3. The powder of silica and aluminum silicate, which is stored in the tank 7, is injected from the nozzle 5 into the combustion gas guided into the cyclone used both for the spray chamber. Before the flying ash adsorbs a precursor, the precursor is adsorbed by the silica and the aluminum silicate, which are injected into the combustion gas.</p> |
