PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a sealability and a compression strength by constituting a specific layer for forming a boundary at a laminate material toward upward and downward by metal foils, completely covering and connecting its outside flat surface with a hermetically sealing foil made of an organic polymer having at least specific long-term temperature stability. SOLUTION: Two layers for forming a boundary at the laminate material 1 toward upward and downward are respectively formed of metal foils 6, 6'. The material 1 has a core 5 made of a laminate of a graphite. Flat surfaces of this both sides are respectively connected to the foils 6, 6' without an adhesive. The outside flat surfaces are completely covered with polymer foils 7, 7' made of organic polymers, and connected without an adhesive. Here, the foils 7, 7' are each formed of a hermetically sealing foil having a long-term temperature stability of at least 150 deg.C. Thus, a large compression strength is given. An excellent sealing operation can be performed by best conforming to a non-flatness and a damage. |
