Namely, if the warp of the press-contact part of the elastic body 4b is recessed, the shape of the holder 4a is made protrued, and if the warp of the press-contact part of the elastic body 4b is protruded, the shape of the holder 4a is made recessed, so that the warp of the press-contact part of the elastic body 4b is corrected and flattened. Either the recessed shape or the protruded shape is selected in accordance with the shape of the elastic body 4b as the direction of the warp of the holder 4a. It is good that the warp direction is set to be reverse to the warp direction of the elastic body 4b in the case of integrally molding with the holder having no warp. It is suitable to set the warp amount of the holder 4a to 0.02 mm to 0.1 mm.
