PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a condensation ratio from deteriorating even if the light reception part of a photodetector is buried into an enclosure by arranging a reflection member so that the surrounding the photo detector can be surrounded and forming the reflection member by a cylindrical or parabola reflection member. SOLUTION: A reflection member 30 is formed cylindrically in a size for surrounding the side surface of the light-emitting surface of a photodiode PD. The cylindrical reflection member 30 is formed by a conductive metal member such as stainless steel, the height is formed to be as high as the light reception part of the photodiode PD, and a tongue-shaped projection 33 is provided at the lower end. The projection 33 is provided for fixing to a substrate 31 and for electrical connection with the print pattern of the substrate 31, and a metal mirror surface plating treatment 34 is provided on the inner surface of the cylindrical reflection member 30, thus preventing a condensation ratio from deteriorating even if the light reception part of the photodetector PD is buried into an enclosure. |
