PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the subject gas easily to be stored, treated and replenished by providing a gel chemical container containing gal chemicals such as stabilized chlorine dioxide, a heated air blowing means and a blow path which is connected to the means and also provided with a gas discharge part. SOLUTION: The heated air supplying means 10 is constituted of a filter 11, an air blowing fan 12 and a heater 13, etc., a obtained air heated here is supplied to the blow path 20 by way of a connecting part 21. The container 30 containing the gel stabilized chlorine dioxide is connected to the lower part of the path 20 by the connecting part 23 and the heated air is sterilized and deodorized by a chloride dioxide gas. Thus, treated air(stabilized chloride dioxide gas of an effective density) is discharged from the gas discharge part 22 toward an object to be sterilized and deodorized. Working gas passing through the object to be sterilized and deodorized is made to pass through a means 40 for absorbing stabilized chlorine dioxide and the density of the dioxide in exhaust discharge space is made to be equal to below a prescribed value. |
