PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability, and to save a space by sharing a charging function by a display device for monitor and control and a printing device in a device for managing a multi-tenant building. SOLUTION: This building managing device 1 for monitoring a facility in a multi-tenant building is provided with a control means for monitoring the facility, and for setting the distribution ratio of each tenant when charging data common to plural tenants such as illumination are generated. In this case, the control device is composed of control means 2 and 3 for monitoring or controlling the facility, processing means 2 for processing charging data common to the plural tenants such as illumination, and display means 3 for individually displaying the output of the control means and the output of the processing means 2. |
