PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile equipment by which the time difference between the time of a connected information processing unit and a time of the facsimile equipment is properly adjusted at low cost. SOLUTION: Upon the receipt of image data with TTI information added thereto together with a transmission request command from a host computer, the facsimile equipment acquires time information from the TTI information and checks a time difference, presence of setting of a time difference check value, setting contents of the time difference check value and progress of the setting of the time difference check value of the like by refering to a time difference storage table. The facsimile equipment calculates a current date and time of the host computer based on a time difference and a FAX time and sets the date and time to a PC time of the time difference storage table when it is a time difference setting timing and the time difference is set. Furthermore, when the time difference is not set to the time difference storage table and the facsimile equipment acquires the time information from the TTI information from the host computer, the time difference of both the time is calculated based on the PC time and the FAX time and set to the time difference storage table (step S20-S26). |
