PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure security for a mail in a computer telephony integration(CTI) system for providing voice/fax mail service. SOLUTION: In a CTI system constituted so that voice information or image information inputted by terminals 1a, 1b and so on is stored in a storage device 4 by a server device 3, and the voice information or the image information taken out from the storage device 4 by the server device 3 is outputted by the terminals 1a, 1b and so on, the server device 3 is provided with a ciphering means 3a for ciphering the information to be stored in the storage means 4 by the use of a specified public key and a deciphering means 3b to decode the information taken out from the storage means 4 by using a secret key corresponding to the public key. |
