PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a premixture from penetrating into a holder in which a temperature protective device is housed. SOLUTION: A holder 5, which is made of resin and in which a temperature protective device 4, etc., is housed, has the shape of a box whose one surface is opened. A protrusion 5a shaped like a mountain range is formed over the entire circumference of the end of the open surface. When a board 1 on which the holder 5 is mounted and a stator are molded by a molder, the protrusion 5a of the holder 5 is pressed by the molder so as to be crushed to some extent to make the inside of the holder 5a tightly enclosed state. With this constitution, the penetration of premixture into the holder 5 can be avoided. |
