<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance element which is close to a target resistance value, for which the distribution dispersion of a resistance value is narrow. SOLUTION: At the manufacturing of a thermistor element, for which first and second external electrodes 5 and 6 are formed on first and second end faces 2a and 2b of a thermistor element body 2 as resistor, first and second internal electrodes 3a-3f and 4a-4f are formed to be respectively connected to the first and second external electrodes 5 and 6 so that mutual tips face each other and plural opposite facing internal electrode pairs constituted of the first and second internal electrodes 3a-3f and 4a-4f are separated via a thermistor element body layer and constituted in the thickness direction in the thermistor element body 2, and the thickness of the thermistor element body layers 2c and 2d between the oppositely faced internal electrode pairs adjacent in the thickness direction is adjusted, corresponding to the target resistance value.</p> |
