PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify information/various kinds of control according to a designated noticing method by obtaining positional information based on ID of a base station receiving information from a terminal equipment and the communicable distance of this base station and giving information when a prescribed monitoring condition is satisfied. SOLUTION: A monitoring center 3 informs a center 2 of a positional information request and the center 2 broadcasts to the terminal equipment 1 through the base station 11, which additionally adds ID of the base station 11 to a packet from the equipment 1 and transmits it to the center 2. The center 2 registers information obtained by adding positional information, time, and serviceable distance to received data in DB. The center 3 requests data to the center 2 to give information that the traveling object enters an area, e.g. based on obtained data (data of the equipment 1) and given information. Thus, the position of the traveling object fixed with the equipment 1 is obtained and information that the traveling object enters the area, e.g. can be given by referring to given information based on the obtained position. |
