PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically manufacture a secondary battery for vehicle with high quality and high productivity. SOLUTION: A positive electrode terminal material 2, a negative electrode material 4, a separator 6, a positive electrode material 8, a negative electrode terminal material 10, and a separator 12 respectively delivered form delivery rolls 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 are nipped by nip rolls 13 and overlapped. The negative electrode terminal material 10 is bellows-like folded by corrugating rolls 14 to be fed to the nip rolls 13. The overlapped materials 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 are respectively taken up by a take-up roll 16 under tension. The negative electrode material 4 is cut by a cutter 17 when it has been taken up by the prescribed length, and the remaining materials including the positive electrode material 2, 6, 8, 10, 12 are cut by a cutter 18 at the position different from this cutting position. |
