摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and positively return a system to a parallel supply state when re-operating the facilities in a factory or the like, by returning parallel supply to an on state from an off state based on the operation signal and the amount of received external power of a device being installed in the factory or the like. SOLUTION: In a logic circuit of control for recovering parallel supply, when the amount of received power is set to at least 270 kW and a machine chest pump is operated, the switch of a generator circuit breaker panel is turned on for recovering the parallel supply. In the logic circuit, a circuit that checks synchronous conditions for performing the parallel supply and the off state of the parallel supply is incorporated. The limitation value of the amount of received power can be appropriately set according to the power consumption of a factory, and 2700 kW being adopted by the enforcement form corresponds to approximately 40% of the received power on steady operation. Also, a device where an operation signal is used for judging whether a switch is turned on or not may be actuated at an early stage when a line is reoperated.
