PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection needle fusion cutting device having high reliability at a contact part. SOLUTION: A V-groove contact 15 composed by using a silver alloy is disposed. A sleeve 18 constituted by using an alloy of the same kind as the V-groove contact 15 is force-fitted into an electrical contact part 17 of the revolving shaft of an electrode roller. In such a case, adhesives or the like are not used at all. The sleeve 18 is so supported as to have the state that the sleeve comes into contact with the V-groove contact 15. As the electrode roller revolves, the sleeve 18 and the V-groove contact 15 slide and scum is generated. The scum, however, moves rapidly into the valley of the V-groove and does not, therefore, hinder the contact. The sleeve 18 and the V-groove contact 15 come into contact with each other at two pints and even more, these contact surfaces vary in directions from each other and are highly reliable as at least either thereof can maintain the contact in spite of the vibration in various directions. |
