<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health maintaining implement which acts more effectively for the heeling of the diseases of respective organs of the body than the conventional health maintaining implements of a semiconductor system. SOLUTION: This implement is constituted by laminating and forming a semiconductor film on the surface of a partially reduced sintered compact of titanium oxide. The semiconductor film is preferably a (p) type semiconductor film, for which a silicon system or germanium system is usually used. The partially reduced sintered compact of the titanium oxide is expressed by formula TiO2-x and is preferably 0<X<0.5. The film thickness of the semiconductor film is preferably 1 to 500 nm. Production is executed by adding a binder to titanium oxide powder, press molding the mixture and firing the molding in a vacuum atmosphere, inert atmosphere or reducing atmosphere at temperatures of 500 to 1,100 deg.C, then forming the (p) type semiconductor film on the surface of the partially reduced sintered compact of the resulted titanium oxide.</p> |
