<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape removing device capable of easily removing an adhesive tape wound on a wire harness. SOLUTION: A lower cylindrical unit 20 has a number of protrusions 21 on its top end. In the mean time, an upper cylindrical unit 10 has a hole 15 whose inner diameter is larger than the diameter of the lower cylindrical unit 20 and has a number of protrusions 11 on the bottom of its hole 15. In order to remove an adhesive tape, a wire harness is placed on the protrusions 21, an upper cylindrical unit 10 is made to descent and the lower cylindrical unit 20 is coupled loosely with the hole 15 of the upper cylindrical unit 10. Then, after the adhesive tape wound on the wire harness is brought into contact with the protrusions 11 of the upper cylindrical unit 10, the upper cylindrical unit 10 and the lower cylindrical unit 20 are rotated in respective directions opposite to each other. The adhesive tape is broken and peeled off, and removed by the protrusions 11 and the protrusions 21 and is discharged to the outside of the device as small fragments 5c. Furthermore, wires 2 of the wire harness are dispersed.</p> |
