<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the lowering of combustion sounds and a higher heat efficiency of a heat exchanger with a sound shielding arrangement of an exhaust path. SOLUTION: A mid lid 11 is arranged to cover a burner 6 adapted to forcibly exhaust with a blower, a roughly cylindrical heat exchanger 8 having an discharge path formed of a combustion exhaust gas, a heat exchanger pipe 9 for heating and carrying a heat carrier medium and an outlet of the heat exchanger 8 and to have an exhaust outlet 11a almost at the central part, a cup-shaped outer lid 14 is provided having an exhaust pipe 15 on the outer circumferential surface thereof communicating with the heat exchanger 8 and a resistance cylinder 13 which has one end thereof closely mounted on the mid lid 11, and a shielding plate 13a to intercept the passage of the combustion exhaust gas, while being provided with an opening 13b of the combustion exhaust gas on the inner circumference on the side where it is closely mounted on the mid lid 11 is provided inside the heat exchanger 8. This allows increase in the exhaust resistance of the combustion exhaust gas inside the heat exchanger 8 partitioned by the mid lid 11.</p> |
