PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a semitransparent reflection plate, which is free from metallic reflection and assumes white like an ordinary diffusion plate and enables a user to see display at an angle other than the normal reflection direction on the surface of a display and is suitable for mass production, and to obtain a display which is very small-sized and light-weight suitable for carrying, device and which presents bright and high-contrast display of high visual recognizability. SOLUTION: In this reflection plate 12, granular materials 12F of refractive index nPA=1.49 and reflection parts 12D like flat plates are arranged in a transparent body 12C of refractive index n1 =1.59. The average of angles of inclination of reflection parts 12D is 10 deg., and a part of light made incident from the front face is reflected by reflection parts 12D and is emitted from the front face, and a part of light made incident from the rear face is emitted from the front face. |
